Reefer Service Engineer
Urgent
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and repair laden reefer containers at port and depot locations
- Conduct temperature checks and running repairs during loading/discharging
- Maintain deep spares inventory and coordinate with OEMs
- Provide daily online status reports to customers
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Refrigeration Engineering
- 3+ years of reefer container repair experience
- Factory training by reefer OEMs (Carrier, Thermo King) preferred
- Willingness to work day & night shifts
Container Welder / Cutter
Multiple
Key Responsibilities
- Perform structural welding, cutting and grinding repairs on dry containers
- Carry out cleaning, washing and fumigation as needed
- Follow IICL repair standards and ISO 9001 quality procedures
- Work in day & night workshop shifts
Requirements
- ITI / welder certification with 2+ years of container or structural welding
- Experience with oxygen, acetylene cutting and grinding machines
- Physically fit and safety-conscious
IICL Certified Surveyor
Senior
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct pre & post repair surveys to IICL standards
- Inspect and certify sea-worthiness of repaired containers
- Prepare detailed repair plans and quotes for customers
- Mentor junior surveyors and workshop teams
Requirements
- IICL certification (CSC / Cargo Gear / Refrigeration)
- 5+ years of container survey experience
- Strong knowledge of IICL repair standards
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
Depot / Yard Manager
Leadership
Key Responsibilities
- Manage bonded, secured depot operations and 24-hour gate checks
- Oversee equipment interchanges, trailer monitoring and yard inventory
- Lead workshop teams and ensure IICL-standard repair quality
- Coordinate with shipping lines, ports and ICDs
Requirements
- 7+ years in container depot or logistics operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of customs bonded warehouse procedures
- Willingness to relocate across 19 locations
Fabrication Technician

Key Responsibilities
- Fabricate and modify containers into porta-cabins, bunk houses and garment hangers
- Work from technical drawings and customer specifications
- Ensure quality finishing — doors, windows, insulation, electrical fit-outs
Requirements
- ITI fabrication / sheet metal certification
- 2+ years of container or structural fabrication experience
- Ability to read technical drawings
